This vest and kilt style two piece includes partially overlapping front panels and hook and loop closures. The SFX CV apron is a great two-piece option that is suitable for virtually all body shapes.

Once closed, a ‘per panel value’ of 0.25mmLE, 0.35mmLE or 0.50mmLE will be achieved; respectively, 0.50mmLE, 0.70mmLE or 1.0mmLE, will be achieved in the middle overlapping areas. By distributing the weight between the shoulders and hips in a 40:60 ratio, respectively, the wearer feels less strain in the neck, shoulder, and back regions. This design is therefore recommended for those who wear X-ray PPE for long periods of time.

Our CV design has fully overlapped front panels, allowing the required protection to be split between them to create a lighter garment. Please note, the CV design is most suitable for slim body types.

To maximise wearer comfort, an internal support belt is built into the kilt, along with specialised shoulder pads in the vest to improve weight distribution and ventilation.
