These are manufactured from solid sheet material sandwiching a lead core to a specified thickness and faced with a plastic laminate to both sides. Framed with a durable satin anodized aluminum surround and glazing system.
The mobile x-ray protective screens are mounted on sturdy powder coated chip resistant legs with large free running castors, locking and anti-static if appropriate. Our x-ray screens, usually 2000mm high can be specified to any width with lead thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 3.5mm as determined by a Radiation Protection Advisor.
Lead x-ray glass viewing windows can be incorporated into the screens to any size to give a clear operator view.
